It has been said that men tend to be less healthy than women. Whether that is true or not is up to debate. However, the stigma still remains.
As men we are supposed to be leaders. That being said, we should be leading the charge in taking care of our temples (bodies). Doing so involves getting regular check-ups. However, many of us wait until something is wrong before we go see a doctor.
Caring for our bodies also involves eating the right foods, getting proper amounts of physical activity and avoiding certain exposures.
When we fail to do these things we end up like the man you see above (unhealthy & unfit), rather than the man you see at the top of the page.
